2. Contract Processes and Digital Approval Digital approval transactions carried out through our platform have the legal force of a wet signature. The user accepts that approvals given through this system will produce legal consequences.
3. Price Fixing and Intervention Authority The “Price Fixing” guarantee offered for 24 months is subject to the contract terms with the supplier company. In case of a possible violation, our platform undertakes the responsibility of moving the user to a new and advantageous tariff free of charge.
4. Special Terms for Businesses Special contracts with “Exchange” advantages prepared for busi-nesses with an annual consumption of 50,000 kWh and above are directly indexed to energy exchange prices.
5. Limitation of Liability Our consultancy service is completely free. Our platform cannot be held directly responsible for the service quality, billing errors, or technical interruptions of third-party energy providers.
